Musa Noah Kamara has paid the price for failing to join his team mates in Kenema for the team`s two weeks camping ahead of this month`s home and away CHAN qualifiers ties with Cape Verde in Morocco. The Sierra Leone national team coach, Francis Zappa Koroma, commented on the striker's indiscipline behavior to this press after their 1-1 draw with Southern Region All Stars encounter at the Bo Coronation group. The team will depart on Tuesday with 23 players and officials. Head coach Francis Zappa Koroma said Musa was left out because of indiscipline. Zappa stated: ''I have been calling Musa to know why he has not been showing up for training when the team arrived in Kenema, but he is reluctant to respond. “His colleagues are here training every day while he is in Freetown playing mini leagues; He said He continued: “He was provided money when he said he's was constrained by financial needs to join the team in Kenema. If such behaviour continues, I will be left with no option than to drop him from the squad". We have better players in that area of the pitch playing at a better level, so it is harsh but that is the nature of football because discipline counts. |
