Portugal have won the 2024/25 UEFA Nations League title with a 2-2 (5-3) win over Spain.
Despite going behind twice in the game with Martin Zubimendi and Mikel Oyarzabal's first half goals, the Portuguese side forced their way to a penalty shootout - with Cristiano Ronaldo and Nuno Mendes scoring for them.
The Portugal players converted all their penalties in the penalty shoot out, with Alvaro Morata's effort being denied by Diogo Costa.
This is the second time that Portugal have won the Nations League title, after having won it in 2019 too. They are the only national team to have managed that achievement.
